Welcome to Happy!

KFP Rentals started the way most great things do — with a family who loved vacationing together and wanted to share that joy with others. After years of searching for the perfect rental homes for our whole crew, we decided to create them ourselves.

What began as a single property on the Gulf Coast has grown into a curated collection of premium homes across Florida and Wisconsin — each one hand-selected, thoughtfully furnished, and maintained to the highest standard.

Every property in our portfolio is one we'd happily stay in ourselves. That's not a marketing line — it's the filter we use every single time.

Wherever your travels take you, KFP Rentals is ready to help make your next getaway extraordinary.
