Also on this level, a bunk room sleeps four children with two single-over-single bunk beds with a 43" TV, while another bedroom features two Queen-over-Queen bunk beds, perfect for adults.

The living room features an 75” TV, and large sliding doors open onto a spacious deck with additional dining and lounging areas overlooking the pool.

Entertainment options abound with a large game room on the ground floor, complete with a 85” TV, video games, ping pong, foosball, and a pickleball court. A full-size refrigerator and bar area make it the perfect space to hang out. Open the garage doors and extend the game room to the poolside patio, where another TV, bar seating, and additional lounge areas create the ultimate relaxation space.
