GREEN BAY, Wis.

Simple Life Hospitality is one vacation rental management company still accepting homes, working to give renters the ultimate northeast Wisconsin experience.

Step into this home on Shady Lane and you’ll see Packers green and gold on every wall. Walk into the backyard, and you can soak in the greatest view Green Bay can offer: historic Lambeau Field, along with tributes to some of the most iconic Packers players.

This is Field of Dreams, one of the homes Simple Life Hospitality typically helps to rent out for Packers games and will be managing for April’s NFL Draft.

“It’s going to be incredibly appealing for the draft because where the stage is going to be set is going to be right across the street. So, it’s very appealing from a walkable distance to Lambeau Field,” says Michael Friedman, the CEO of Simple Life Hospitality.

Simple Life normally manages five homes for Packers games, but with the NFL Draft, they see an opportunity to take on more properties with such high interest in short-term rentals.

They plan to add listings until middle to late January and soon after will focus on creating the best atmosphere for renters.

“They’re definitely going to get that Midwest hospitality; kind of hometown feel but also they’re going to be at a major event like the NFL Draft,” says Elizabeth Scheckel, the marketing director of Simple Life Rentals.

With Lambeau Field located in a residential area, they say out-of-town guests will feel right at home and get a taste of the dairy state.

“Some of those primary residences, we aren’t going to be putting a ton of Packers stuff up,” says Scheckel. “We are going to be focused on maybe Wisconsin-based goods, we are thinking about putting concierge packages in. Focusing on maybe not necessarily draft stuff, but Wisconsin stuff so they can see that Midwest hospitality.”

Simple Life hopes when renters leave Green Bay after the excitement of the NFL Draft, they’ll have that feeling of wanting to come back.
